At Masala Junction prepare to experience something exciting and flavourful reflecting their aim of offering honest, home style cooking in a relaxed, refined environment with friendly service from people who love what they do. The menu is inspired by dishes enjoyed by the team growing up whilst celebrating special occasions and it also offers a very warm insight in to the food scene of Lahore,
Try special family recipes and Dish of the Day specials such as Tika tak, named from the spatula hitting the griddle and slicing up the food as it cooks, a sound often heard on the street food scene of Lahore.
Masala Junction's carefully selected, talented team of chefs specialise in honest, homestyle Indian food. They even use a traditional clay oven (tandoor) for a wide variety of tasty grilled dishes and fresh naans.
