There are few things more romantic than taking a walk with a special someone, so make sure you explore the countryside around Creswell Crags. These ancient caves were once a magnet for starry-eyed Victorian ladies who believed that if they threw their hatpins into one of the pools they would marry the first man they saw afterwards. Starting at the visitor centre you can choose one of several walking trails which take you through this enchanting area. While there you can marvel at some of the only known Ice Age art in Britain!
