Located in the garden of Maun River Cottage, a 17th century farmhouse and beautiful family home that has been welcoming guests to its B&B for over 25 years.
These self-contained cottages were designed and built in 2014 to complement the 17th century farmhouse. With dark wooden beams, an open plan living and dining area, stylish and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding rolltop bath, these self-catering holiday lets are small but perfectly formed!
Each cottage has bi-folding patio doors that open onto a private seating area within the garden, with stunning rural views over the River Maun and the fields beyond, the garden boasts an artificial lawn meaning it can be enjoyed all-year round, whatever the season. We offer flexible sleeping arrangements with the option of one king-size or 2 single beds.
There’s also an original, restored beautiful red telephone box adding to the sense of heritage and pride this property exudes.
A generous welcome and continental breakfast basket awaits you, and Alan and Theresa are often around to share local knowledge of the best places to visit, the best routes to get you there and point you in the direction of the best pubs and restaurants all within walking distance!
