About

An Iconic Nottingham Hotel

Set in 330 acres of the University of Nottingham’s landscaped parkland; De Vere Orchard Hotel is a stylish, eco-friendly hotel located next to our modern event venue, De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre.

Awarded with Best Sustainable Venue at the CHS 2017 Awards, at De Vere Orchard Hotel, contemporary design makes the most of natural daylight and has been built to the highest environmental standards, creating energising yet relaxing spaces. With outdoor terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows and modern décor; this hotel offers a stylish retreat whether you’re here for business or pleasure.

With a choice of four meeting rooms plus a range of larger event spaces at the neighbouring De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre and nearby sister property, De Vere Jubilee Conference Centre, you’ll discover a productive setting for meetings, conferences, training and teambuilding.

When it comes to eating and drinking, there’s a brasserie style restaurant and bar to choose from that serve up the very best of local and seasonal food. Whilst upstairs, a collection of bedrooms offer just the place to unwind after a busy day.

Guests can also enjoy free access to the state-of-the-art gym and 25m swimming pool at the University of Nottingham's David Ross Sports Village. Other facilities including a climbing wall and squash and badminton courts can also be pre-booked by guests for a small charge. Just two miles from Nottingham city centre, De Vere Orchard Hotel is just 10 minutes from J25 of the M1, 20 minutes from East Midlands Airport, with direct trains into central London.

Free, superfast Wi-Fi with a maximum bandwidth of 1Gb is available throughout the hotel.
