Founded by renowned local chef Paul Thacker, Hemisphere draws inspiration from the Eastern Hemisphere, expertly blending the vibrant tastes of Australasia, Southeast Asia, and Modern Europe into a unique small-plate dining concept.

Owned and operated by Paul and his wife Rachel, Hemisphere combines contemporary elegance with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It is the perfect destination for anything from casual brunches and family lunches to atmospheric evenings of cocktails and sharing plates. The kitchen team, made up of chefs and hospitality professionals with over a decade of experience at Nottingham’s acclaimed Chino Latino, brings passion and precision to every dish.

Open all day, Hemisphere caters to every occasion—from morning coffee to late-night cocktails. During the day, guests enjoy a bright and inviting space alongside a globally inspired menu featuring specialty coffees, teas, and vibrant bubble teas. Creative brunch options include Japanese soufflé pancakes with matcha custard and White Forest waffles. The popular Arvo Bites menu, available until 6pm, offers flavour-packed small plates ideal for lunch.
