Start your experience with a one-night stay in a luxury Pod on Saturday, 15th August, the perfect place to relax before the excitement begins. Featuring modern comforts including underfloor heating, a private patio area, kitchenette facilities with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus TV, tea and coffee facilities, and all linen and towels provided, everything is set for a comfortable and stylish escape. 

Then on Sunday, 16th August, enjoy an exclusive Champagne Picnic at the Post for Two experience. Your prize includes admission tickets and a raceday programme, a delicious afternoon picnic box (vegetarian and vegan options available when requested in advance) and a glass of Champagne on arrival. 

You’ll also receive exclusive access to the Trackside VIP Lawn with reserved seating and your own table, perfectly positioned beside the finish line for incredible views of all racing action. With access to a private bar and betting facilities, you can enjoy Ladies Day in true VIP style.

• You must be over 18 years of age to enter the competition.
• The competition is for up to four people and must include at least one adult (over the age of 18). 
• Valid entries via this webpage and form submission only. Entries on social media will not be valid or included in the prize draw.
• This competition runs from Friday 12th June 2026 to midnight on Friday 10th July 2026.
• The winner will be contacted on or after Friday 10th July 2026. The winner will be contacted directly via email or telephone by Visit Nottinghamshire. 
• Prize must be claimed within 48 hours of being contacted, or will be deemed unclaimed. An unclaimed prize will be returned to the competition organiser, and another winner will be drawn.
• One entry per person.
• You must be able to take the prize on Saturday, 15th August and Sunday, 16th August.
• The prize is redeemable on Sunday, 16th August only. The Pod stay is valid for Saturday, 15th August only and may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged.
• The winner will be chosen at random.
• The winners contact details will be shared with Southwell Racecourse and Southwell Retreat Glamping Pods to arrange receipt of the prize as they will require access to these contact details to confirm further arrangements.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, no cash alternatives will be provided.
