It's all about getting dressed up and dancing to the the best ever music with people your own age…As the song goes 'We haven't stopped dancing yet!'

Discos for Grown ups only play the best ever super-cool disco, soul and feel-good pop classics from the 70s, 80s and 90s 

As well as their legendary DISCOS FOR GROWN UPS nights, they also run 80s FOR GROWN UPS, DANCE ANTHEMS FOR GROWN UPs and SOUL FOR GROWN UPS
