Albert Hall Nottingham
Tickets: £10
The Albert Hall in Nottingham welcomes Thomas Ospital, recently-appointed titulaire at St-Eustache, the cathedral of Les Halles as it is popularly known. The organ of St-Eustache, which dates from 1989, is the largest organ in France, and Thomas Ospital has proved himself a worthy successor to the legendary Jean Guillou; Thomas’s recent recording of Liszt’s Ad Nos was hailed by Marc Rochester in Gramophone as probably the finest recording of the piece ever made.
Programme to be confirmed.
