Join us at Bonington Gallery for the finale of this year's CADALFEST - a festival celebrating Adivasi and Dalit arts and literature.
Following two successful editions in the UK and India from 2022 to 2024, this third event will feature an immersive two-day programme of films, discussions, workshops, and masterclasses.
Connect with festival guests like filmmaker Jayan K. Cherian; writers and poets Gogu Shyamala and Jitendra Vasava; researchers and writers Gopika Jadeja and Priteegandha Naik; and the Jangama Collective. The full schedule can be found here.
This year also marks a decade since the launch of the network on Dalit and Adivasi literature, first introduced at Nottingham Trent University in 2014.
CADALFEST is organised by the Dalit and Adivasi literature network, hosted by the Postcolonial and Global Studies research group at Nottingham Trent University and the EMMA research centre at Université de Montpellier Paul-Valéry, France. This two-day festival is organised in collaboration with Bonington Gallery.
