Expression is a crafting group that promotes mental well-being through various arts and crafts, akin to Art Therapy. It isfor autistic adults without intellectual disabilities
The group has a monthly theme for its session activities, but participants are encouraged to bring their own projects if they prefer to work on those.
They engage in activities such as painting, drawing, knitting, writing, and more, and provide all the necessary materials.
No artistic expertise is required; participants are simply asked to bring enthusiasm and an open mind.
Light refreshments are included, and individuals are permitted to bring their own snacks, though full meals or strongly scented items are discouraged due to the room's lack of windows/ventilation.
