Join Montreal choreographer and major figure in Hip-Hop dance Alexandra "Spicey" Landé accompanied by MC Jai Nitai Lotus for this unique opportunity to get an insight into Ebnflōh's movement and choreographic language.

Moods will be set through Jai's music, all rooted in Hip-Hop dance and culture. 

In this workshop you will explore the technical tools and movement approaches to improvisation and movement in Spicey's choreographic practice. Enabling you to translate this way of moving in your own personal way, renewing your relationship to movement and music. 

Just before this workshop at 1.30pm is a studio version of their work Mōnad which you're welcome to and encouraged to come and see.

Suitability guidance: Suitable for ages 13 to 17, open to all abilities and levels of dance experience.
