Join I’m Not From London for #NottsRecoveryWalk — a powerful celebration of hope, community, and the strength found in recovery. Participants will walk from locations across Nottingham, coming together at The Arboretum for a vibrant afternoon of music, activities, and family fun.

This inclusive, city-wide event honours the recovery journey and shines a light on the incredible work of local recovery communities and services. It brings together individuals in recovery, families, support organisations, and the wider public to raise awareness, celebrate achievements, and inspire lasting hope.

The festival in The Arboretum will feature live entertainment curated by I’m Not From London, food vendors, family-friendly activities, and information stalls from partners including Double Impact, Framework, Nottingham Forest FC, and mutual aid organisations such as AA and NA — and much more.

1.30pm - VEE ADU
Meet Vee Adu, a 18-year-old singer-songwriter from Nottingham,
making waves in the local music scene with her soulful tone and
powerhouse vocals. Drawing from a colourful musical background of jazz, soul and blues, Vee's original material delves into the emotional complexites of betrayal, loss and love, softly reeling listeners in with her relatable, but authentic storytelling.

2pm - Rock Choir


2.30pm - KRIPTIK
Seven time chamion boxer, reggae artist and rapper Kriptik aka Omari Grant aka the Praying mantis recently released his debut Reggae Album "Through the looking Glass" A pugilist and mentor for the youth and a teetotal mental and Notts physical health advocate.

3pm - DAVINA SONGBIRD
Davina Songbird is a Nottingham based singer/songwriter and spoken word artist. Her words come from the heart and will leave you inspired with topics such as self-love, self-worth and knowing who you truly are. Her music and poetry take you on a journey of self-realisation and make you reflect on your true inner self and how amazing it is to be you. Davina is a champion of strong, fabulous women leading the way for the young women of today.
'Davina songbird, a Neo Soul, Jazz masterclass from this wonderful vocalist who deserves much more attention as her vocal range leaves other singers breathless. She made everything seem effortless as her powerful soulful voice floated above the bass guitar and drums. Music this early in the day did not make things east for the following artists. 3.15pm - JOEL SARAKULA
Joel Sarakula is a fixture on the festival and club circuit having previously performed at SXSW, Primavera Sound and Glastonbury festivals. Ever the internationalist, he tours with pickup bands sourced from each territory he plays in: a Barcelona band for Spain, a Berlin band for Germany and so forth.

3.45pm - SAFFRON GRAY
Saffron Gray also known as the ‘R&B Princess’ brings you soulful 90s R&B vibes with a splash of contemporary R&B now venturing into some R&B Garage. Born and raised in Nottingham, her passion for music started in church. She launched her debut EP ‘Levitation’ in 2019 and since then has been an opening act for the likes of Etta Bond, White Yardie and Amaria bb. She has toured the Midlands and performed in many different areas building a wider platform capturing the hearts of those who listen, her music is insightful and very thought provoking, Be sure to follow her journey!https://www.instagram.com/iamsaffrongray


4.15pm - SANCHO PANZA
Sancho Panza are Nottingham based Brit Funk five-piece. The band have been praised by Jake Bugg and Jack Saunders when played on BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music. Come along and enjoy the bands psycheypop, groove based floorfillers.
