A gentle movement workshop, designed to bring you back to your bodies through breath, stretching and collective movement.

In this guided session, you can expect to slow down and become more grounded in the present moment, reflect on the stimuli and experiences affecting you, and connect with your personal curiosities and channel them into the day.

Shivaangee Agrawal is also presenting two showings of her work Come Rest in Chaos as part of nottdance 2025 on Sunday 19 October at Nottingham College. There will also be a touch tour available before the first showing.

Suitability guidance:

suitable for ages 16 and over, no dance experience necessary.
