• Prize must be claimed within 48 hours or it will be offered to another entrant
• The prize is non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available
• Visit Nottinghamshire will never ask for bank details or payment to confirm a prize
• By ticking the ‘Third Parties’ box on the entry form, you agree to be contacted by Visit Nottinghamshire's trusted partners
• Visit Nottinghamshire reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time
• Any additional food, drinks, travel (outside of the included rail tickets), accommodation upgrades, or extras not listed above must be paid for by the competition winner.

• Tickets and First Class travel are only valid on EMR Intercity train services. 
•  If all or part of a winner’s journey requires travel on an EMR Regional or EMR Connect service, appropriate alternative tickets will be provided. 
• EMR is not responsible for arranging travel for any part of a winner’s journey that is not on an EMR train service. 
• Tickets must be redeemed by 31 March 2026, and travel must take place before 30 September 2026. 
• Tickets are subject to availability and seat reservations are not available.
