About

Hart’s Kitchen is an intimate restaurant located in Hart’s Hotel which has achieved 2 AA rosettes for culinary excellence. You will find food served throughout the day in Hart’s Kitchen, open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, snacks as well as Afternoon Tea which is served daily from 12 noon until 5pm, a decadent treat not to be missed! Weather permitting, guests can even enjoy alfresco dining in the secluded and peaceful garden.

The menu has been developed by Aaron Patterson from sister hotel Michelin-star Hambleton Hall in Rutland. Using locally sourced produce to create a seasonal menu, expect to enjoy traditional British dishes such as Roast fillet of hake, served with cavolo nero, creamed potato, charred leaks, hazelnuts & confit garlic; Hart's pasta, served with butternut squash, black garlic, cavolo nero & burrata cheese; Chocolate fondant served with ice cream.

Relaxing somewhere stylish, relaxed and comfortable with a drink in hand is one of life’s simple pleasures. Tim Hart has a passion for wine and he personally selects every bottle. He has cultivated a wine list that is exciting with something delicious for everyone. It encompasses great vintages, new discoveries and some old favourites that you will appreciate during your visit.

The choice of cocktails are classic, non-pretentious and beautifully executed by the hotel's experienced bar staff.

The team look forward to welcoming you to Hart’s.
