Comedy in Notts

Laughter is the best medicine as they say...If great comedy is what you want look no further than Nottingham with its thriving comedy scene both in the city and county; ranging from local artists making their name right through to the big names in comedy today.

NCF Comedy have an array of events throughout the year to look out for. Since 1998 Nottingham has also been the home to Missimp Improv Comedy putting on regular shows, courses and workshops.

Other venues that play host to some great lineups are the Theatre Royal & Concert Hall, Squire Performing Arts Centre and of course the Motorpoint Arena.

The Nottingham Comedy Festival also takes place in Nottingham each year in November.
