Experience a programme of thrilling repertoire by a 130+ strong choir and full symphony orchestra as they perform Glorias in all shapes and sizes by Poulenc, Rutter and others!
From the delicate to the extreme, from the bombastic to the intimate, this fantastic concert featuring over 200 musicians has it all! After the stage is set in Debussy's 'La Cathedrale Engloutie', fanfares rain down from on high in the first half with music by Rutter and Weir before French Soprano, Clara Orif, lends her sweet lyricism to Poulenc's breath-taking setting and the Nottingham Chamber Singers take our breaths away in the second.
