About

Squire Performance Arts Centre

Tickets: 19.50

Leveret are a critically acclaimed English folk trio featuring three of the scene's finest musicians: Andy Cutting (melodeon), Sam Sweeney (fiddle), and Rob Harbron (concertina). Renowned for their spontaneous, deeply intuitive performances, Leveret breathe new life into traditional English tunes with a sound that's both timeless and inventive.

With backgrounds in Bellowhead, Blowzabella, and collaborations with folk legends like June Tabor and Martin Simpson, the trio bring world-class musicianship and a rare chemistry to the stage. Eschewing rigid arrangements, their live sets are fluid, fresh, and never the same twice.

Their albums, including New Anything, Diversions, and Forms, have earned widespread praise for their elegant, innovative take on folk music. A new release is due in autumn 2025.

"Something magical... a mesmerising and nourishing treat for both the ears and the soul." – Folk Radio UK

"One of the best bands on the British circuit." – brightyoungfolk.com
