Tāla Tarang
Eleanor turner, harp
Mendi Singh, tabla
Tāla Tarang (meaning “Rhythm Waves”) is the dynamic duo of Eleanor Turner, harp, and Mendi Singh, tabla. With backgrounds coming from classical harp and Indian tabla music, these two master musicians push the boundaries of what is possible. They captivate audiences of all backgrounds, telling their stories as a chamber duo that celebrates nature and humanity.
Hear them in Nottingham Contemporary for a series of three riveting programmes, as they perform music at the Festival’s Miniatures @ Nottingham Contemporary series.
