Free event

Nottingham Cathedral will be open 5-10pm across both evenings for visitors to experience its gothic revival splendour in new and breathtaking ways:

Experience the Cathedral like never before. Join us on 2nd & 3rd February for a spectacular ‘Pugin Illuminated’ installation inside the Cathedral, accompanied by live music from our choirs. And this year, thanks to a new collaboration with our Restoring Pugin Team and the Nottingham Playhouse, we are offering fun lantern making activities for families across both evenings.

🎆 Illuminated Cathedral
🎶 Live choral & organ music
🕯️ Chance to light a candle
🎨 Family lantern making activities in partnership with The Play House

Visit the Cathedral website via the website link above for more details about the music programme and family activities, call into the city tourism centre (Smithy Row/Old Market Square) and download the @itsinnottingham app for more info about this spectacular city-wide event.

All are most welcome!
