• Sherwood Forest centre tree West Gate, Mansfield with Mansfield Mayor - Andy Abrahams
• Old Market Cross Church Street Mansfield Woodhouse with The Sheriff of Nottingham
• Portland College Nottingham Road Mansfield with Friar Tuck afterwards Portland Coffee Shop
• Arnold The AMP, Market Place, Arnold, with Councillor Kyle Robinson-Payne Mayor of Gedling
• Calverton at Calverton Parish Council with Andy Meads Chair of Calverton Parish Council
• Burton Joyce Parish Council Office Old School Building Main Street Burton Joyce with Cllr Lawrence King chair of Burton Joyce Parish Council.
• Ravenshead Village Hall. Read proclamation unveil the plaque and hoist the flag. Teas, coffees and biscuits provided free afterwards.
