Friday 5 - Sunday 7 and Friday 26 - Sunday 28 September 2014
Taste Of The Great Notts Show will be taking place on the Friday 5 - Sunday 7th and Friday 26 - Sunday 28 September.
These events will showcase some of the incredible food, drink and craft companies in the East midlands.
These events are a "Taste" of The Great Notts Show which took place in June and was a great success.
The Taste of Events will follow on from the success of that event, to showcase the variety of traders Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas have to offer.
Just like the Great Nott’s show the Taste of events are here to showcase businesses in and around the Nottingham area that are passionate about local produce and the highest standard of homemade products. These events aren’t just about eating a lot of food, although that is a very enjoyable part, it’s about finding new produce and learning from people passionate about what they do.
There will be foods and flavours inspired by cultures around the World with a smorgasbord of snacks, delicacy’s and street food. There is also an array of sweet treats to join the festivities including a chocolatier, fudge, cakes and rich brownies. You will also find the Great Food and Drink Café at the event.
There is fudge and BBQ’s and Paella and real ale and all manner of exciting things to look forward to, so fingers are crossed for good weather. The vendors are ready and raring to go with a huge variety of crafts and jewellery great for finding unique gifts or quirky statement pieces.
There will be such an amazing array of foods at these shows that we just don’t know how you are going to pick lunch.
If you want to know more and keep up to date with the preparations you can find us on twitter @greatnottsshow and now also on Instagram @the_great_notts_show.
