An evening of melodic and subtle 'Chamber Jazz' from Ben Crosland Bass | Steve Lodder Keyboards | Steve Waterman Trumpet & Flugelhorn

"High class trio" - The Guardian.

Melodic and subtle 'chamber jazz' as featured on their album 'HARKEN!' The trio's 20-year musical partnership shows in their togetherness - jazz that's "clear and precise yet full of delicacy and feeling."

"…Crosland's compositions are often quite captivating, the reactions and interplay between Crosland, Waterman and Lodder as near to perfection as anyone could want - Jazzwise

Yorkshire-based bass player and composer Ben Crosland is also noted for his popular jazz interpretations of the Ray Davies Songbook (he of 'The Kinks'), performed at previous Jazz Steps' gigs in Nottingham.

Don't miss a great evening of 'chamber jazz' from these polished performers.
