Visit Nottinghamshire have launched a multi-faceted #RobinHoodMovie campaign surrounding the upcoming film, which will be released in cinemas on the 21st November.

November 2018 will see the nation’s favourite outlaw bursting onto the big screen once again with the release of Robin Hood - a gritty, dark twist on the old legend. It’s directed by Otto Bathurst, known for Peaky Blinders and Black Mirror. The film features stars Taron Egerton, Jamie Foxx, Ben Mendelsohn and Jamie Dornan, and is shining a spotlight on Robin Hood’s homeland.

Visit Nottinghamshire are seeing increased media and tourist interest and have launched a #RobinHoodMovie campaign to show visitors how the legend of Robin Hood is very much alive and kicking in this vibrant, spirited city.

The campaign includes the launch of a brand new 2-day itinerary to help visitors make the most of their time in Nottinghamshire. No trip to Nottingham would be complete without coming face-to-face with the hero himself, so the itinerary includes a tour of the city with the modern day Robin Hood, a.k.a. the multi-award-winning Ezekial Bone – a knowledgeable historian, storyteller and actor all rolled into one and Nottingham’s top-rated attraction on TripAdvisor. Visit Nottinghamshire have also teamed up with local businesses to bring visitors a whole host of Robin Hood special offers, helping to ensure their visit is truly unique and memorable.
