Hart’s Hotel & Kitchen has recently introduced its new à la carte menu, crafted to celebrate the vibrant flavours of the season and the bounty of local British producers.
Created by our new Head Chef Lewis Ward, together with Michelin-starred Executive Chef Aaron Patterson of our sister hotel Hambleton Hall, the menu offers a refined yet approachable interpretation of modern British cuisine, driven by a deep respect for locally sourced ingredients.
Relaxing somewhere stylish, relaxed and comfortable with a drink in hand is one of life’s simple pleasures. Tim Hart has a passion for wine and he personally selects every bottle. He has cultivated a wine list that is exciting with something delicious for everyone. It encompasses great vintages, new discoveries and some old favourites that you will appreciate during your visit.
The choice of cocktails are classic, non-pretentious and beautifully executed by the hotel's experienced bar staff.
Whether you're joining us for a long lunch, celebratory dinner, or a relaxed Sunday afternoon, we invite you to discover dishes that are grounded in seasonality, crafted with care and served in the welcoming surroundings of Hart’s Hotel & Kitchen
The team look forward to welcoming you to Hart’s.
