Restaurant Sat Bains with Rooms is one of the UK’s leading fine dining destinations, holding two Michelin stars and celebrated for its innovative, seasonal British cuisine. Located just outside Nottingham it has earned both national and international acclaim.
Chef Sat Bains is a familiar face from television, yet remains firmly rooted in his kitchen, leading the team and ensuring a consistently exceptional dining experience.
Guests can enjoy carefully crafted multi-course tasting menus, with options to dine in the main restaurant or at the Chef’s Table or Kitchen Bench for a more immersive experience.
The addition of seven stylish on-site bedrooms makes it a true destination. Overnight packages combine the tasting menu with luxury accommodation and breakfast, allowing guests to relax and fully enjoy an unhurried, culinary escape.
