You are warmly invited to a Qi Gong workshop with Community Facilitator Paul Pryce. Qi Gong (pronounced chi gong) is a traditional Chinese practice, which uses the breath and slow deliberate movements to improve the flow of energy, health and well-being.
Free admission. No experience is required. This is a small group workshop of up to 12 people.
What will happen during the hour long Qi Gong session?
The session will start with an introduction allowing participants space to greet eachother and ask any questions. Paul will then guide you through an introduction to Qi Gong, explaining the meaning and benefits of the practice, as well as how he was first introduced to Qi Gong. This will be followed by a demonstration and participation in the practice of Qi Gong.
