Old Market Square
FREE event
Green Hustle Festival is a celebration of life and creativity that aims to make our city greener, healthier, and more connected.
Join in and be part of an epic party of positivity, hosted by an unparalleled cross-pollination of humans, from talented creatives to independent makers and cultural institutions.
For one weekend in June you’ll imagine a better future, explore your city and discover inspiring people, loving communities, and moving moments along the way. Old Market Square will sing with music, creativity will creep up from the gutters, and seeds of wild ideas will be sown in Nottingham’s fertile soil. Here's what's on and how to get involved:
Friday 2 June - World Of Work
It’s launch day! To kick off the weekend you can check out the free launch party at Fox and Grapes from 6pm, featuring nature bingo and live music, or enjoy an eco-conscious film (entry fees apply) - further details to come in the full programme soon.
They are also bringing together young people, business, culture and civic life for a day of action and collaboration at Nottingham Council House, and if you’re in business you can attend the World of Work day at NTU’s Dryden Enterprise Centre.
Saturday 3 & Sunday 4 June - Green Hustle Festival
The main event! A big weekend celebrating life, nature, and all things good and creative in the Nottingham community. Whether you’re after creative fun, wild entertainment, nature friendly activities, or just a good old fiesta, we’ve got you covered. Dance to live music, chill to a film, sample the finest local street food, peruse art exhibitions, upcycle an old garment, shop sustainably around town, connect, and celebrate this town we call Notts...
There’ll also be fringe events galore - as well as taking over Old Market Square, you can explore a city trail of events, activities and performances across town all weekend. The full line-up will be coming soon!
