Heritage Open Days - Bromley House Library

Bromley House Library is a historic independent subscription library in the centre of Nottingham. Housed in a Grade II* Georgian townhouse, it boasts one of only two walled gardens in the city.

You can take a self guided tour of Nottingham's historic Bromley House Library, situated a stone's throw from the Old Market Square. There will also be access to our lovely walled garden to the rear, one of only two in the city centre. Some of our treasures will be on display and children can follow our bee trail. There will be plenty of staff and volunteers to answer questions and help with your tour. Soft drinks and home made cake available for a small charge.

Bromley House is still a thriving lending library and new members are always welcome. The Library is open to the public on Saturday 9th September, 10am - 4pm for Heritage Open Day. Tours are also available every Wednesday afternoon.

For more information, contact the Library or visit www.bromleyhouse.org
