Broxtowe Borough Council (BrBC) and Beeston Civic Society are working together to create Broxtowe’s Local Heritage List (LHL) of heritage buildings, spaces and objects. As Heritage Officer for BrBC, Toby discusses whats involved in listing assets and why its an important part of valuing and conserving local heritage.

About the speaker - 
Toby works part time as BrBC’s Heritage Officer, and is part time Heritage + Conservation Expert within Property Management & Development at NTU where he delivers all Heritage & Conservation modules at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
He is also a Trustee of the City of Nottingham Historic Building Preservation Trust who undertake grant-aided repairs of historic buildings.
