A quiet space to soften, release, and return to yourself!
If life has been feeling full, fast, or a little overwhelming lately, this is your invitation to pause.
This Salt Spa Sanctuary Session offers a deeply calming experience designed to support your nervous system and help your body and mind gently unwind.
Held within a peaceful salt room, the environment naturally encourages slower breathing and relaxation, allowing you to settle with ease.
You'll be guided through a slow, grounding meditation to quiet mental noise and reconnect with your body, followed by soft sound healing to help release built-up tension and stress.
A light, angelic relaxation element, gently inspired by Archangel Sandalphon, is woven in to create a sense of comfort, safety, and emotional ease, while remaining accessible and open to all.
Pisces Lunar Eclipse Energy
This lunar eclipse carries themes of release, surrender, and emotional clearing.
A moment to let go of what feels heavy…
to soften what's been held…
and to create space for calm, clarity, and inner steadiness.
You don't need any experience - just come as you are.
This session may support:
- Deep relaxation and stress relief
- Nervous system regulation
- Improved sleep
- Gentle emotional release
- A greater sense of calm and clarity
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience शांत and personal.
