✨ Soul & Sound: A Deep Healing Experience ✨
Step into an evening of deep relaxation and renewal with Soul & Sound, a unique wellness experience designed to restore balance, calm the mind, and reconnect you with a sense of inner peace. Set within the welcoming surroundings of The Empress Arnold, this event offers a tranquil escape from the pace of everyday life—perfect for both locals and visitors seeking a restorative experience in Nottingham.
This carefully curated session blends powerful yet gentle holistic practices to support emotional wellbeing, self-love, and energetic alignment. The evening begins with a soothing Angel Reiki journey, allowing space for release and encouraging a sense of calm and clarity. This is complemented by the subtle vibrational healing of chakra tuning forks, used to help rebalance the body's energy centres and promote harmony throughout the system.
Guests will then be guided into a deeply immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath. The resonant tones and frequencies create a meditative environment where the body can fully relax, the mind can quieten, and the nervous system can reset. This combination of sound and energy work provides a holistic experience that supports both physical relaxation and emotional wellbeing.
The experience is designed to be nurturing and accessible for all, whether completely new to holistic therapies or already familiar with energy healing practices.
Each guest will be welcomed with drinks on arrival, provided with a comfortable yoga mat for the session, and gifted a thoughtfully curated goody bag to continue the sense of wellbeing at home.
With limited spaces available, this intimate event ensures a calm and supportive environment for all attendees.
Advance booking is required to secure a place.
