This coming weekend, steam trains will be running from Ruddington's Great Central Railway, hauled by new resident loco, ex Turkish Stanier 8F - 8274.
Trains will run at 11.00, 13.00 & 15.00. All trains will run the 9miles to Loughborough Junction.
All the usual facilities will be open including Miniature Railway (weather dependent), Model Railway, Heritage Transport, Cafe, Visitor Centre and the fully refurbished Gift Shop with a whole host of new lines.
