Enjoy hours of laughter with these incredible acts :
Barry Dodds (MC)
Barry charms audiences with his unique brand of disarming wit and wry, and down-to-earth observational humour.
Self-confessed comedy geek, Barry took to the comedy stage at the tender age of 21 and soon had audiences eating out of the palm of his hand. Using his own combination of irrepressibly cheeky, and surprisingly dark ,material, he quickly found himself taking the national comedy circuit by storm.
Finalist in various high profile competitions such as Jimmy Carr's Comedy Idol and Jongleurs Last Laugh Comedy Search, his twinkly eyed, playful demeanour disarms judging panels, industry experts and audiences alike, allowing him to flirt coquettishly with topics that are traditionally a little more controversial
A talented storyteller who uses whimsical imagery and evocative observations, Barry is an assured closing act, with regular bookings at many of the UK's top comedy clubs including The Stand, XS Malarkey and The Frog and Bucket. His comedy has even taken him to Luxembourg, where his solo show proved so popular, he became the first ever comedian to perform on Luxembourg TV. Barry has recently been supporting Jason Manford, on his UK Tour.
His calm, inclusive persona has ensured that Barry has also proven himself to be a popular and amiable MC, garnering a reputation as a strong and reliable choice to hold a quality line up together. In January '16, Barry Dodds was awarded Best MC at the Midlands Comedy Awards 2016.
Dave Longley (Headliner)
David Longley is a difficult comedian to define; on the one hand, abrasive, crude and insulting and on the other, articulate, intelligent and disarmingly funny.
Longley's towering stage presence and intensity, combined with his cutting wit have made him one of the most popular and controversial circuit comics in the UK, whether it's doling out thought-provoking insights or revelling in toilet humour, Longley is a gifted wordsmith with great audience interaction skills.
David has a humble silliness that ingratiates him to audiences, he delivers deadpan accounts of his everyday life which are shockingly honest, well considered and divinely funny, maintaining a rapport with the audience that is at once edgy and accessible, engaging the whole room.
Longley is a regular headline act at comedy clubs all over the country and is also in demand as an MC. As well as being a great addition to any club lineup, David had also written and performed four full-length festival solo shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, each one greeted with critical acclaim. These shows have demonstrated his style of mixing everyday trials and tribulations with philosophical ideas which work beautifully together to create an enjoyable hour; an hour those audiences rarely forget.
He has a skillful eye for the nuance in dialogue and incident, which transfers from his stage act to his screenwriting with delightful results. He writes across a variety of genres and is currently working on sitcom, drama and documentary script ideas.

Jules O'Brian

Her show, Avoid Excessive Cleavage (and other advice to ignore) has just completed a smash run at the Edinburgh Festival and has received some incredible feedback.

Shortlisted for Funny Women 2021
Get Up Stand Up semi finalist 2022
Peter Brush
A highly distinctive performer and deft writer of finely crafted jokes, Peter Brush unassumingly takes the stage with his slight bespectacled frame and scruffy hair, before consummately conquering it with an arsenal of razor sharp quirky one-liners and peerlessly original routines, all delivered in an amusingly awkward fashion.
Formerly a BBC New Comedy Award finalist, and winner of Harrogate Comedian of the Year, Peter performs at clubs all over the UK and occasionally abroad. He has also written for BBC Radio 4's 'The News Quiz', 'The Show What You Wrote' and 'Newsjack' and was the tour support for Alexei Sayle's 2020 show, other acts he has supported on tour include Jonathan Pie, Jason Manford, Fern Brady, Arthur Smith and Paul Sinha.
Please be advised that the comedy line-ups are subject to change. Their talented comedians are in high demand and, on occasion, may need to cancel at short notice for television or radio recordings, among other reasons. Rest assured, they will always provide a replacement act of similar quality to ensure that our guests receive a great overall show experience.
While most of their guests come for the entire show, they understand that some may be travelling to see a particular comedian. If that's the case, it is recommended to check the website on the day of the show or joining the mailing list to receive the latest updates on any changes to the line-up. They are committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and thank you for your understanding.
