Line-up: Tony Kofi (tenor saxophone), Matthew Ratcliffe (piano), Martyn Spencer (bass), Andrew Wood (drums)

Internationally acclaimed, Nottingham-born award-winning saxophonist Tony Kofi pays homage to jazz giants of the tenor saxophone including Dexter Gordon, Sonny Rollins, John Coltrane and Wayne Shorter.

Evocative renditions of classic tunes from the legendary Blue Note label, with Tony's take on their historical context. This vibrant quartet, active since 2015, have terrific musical mastery and empathy.
