Bunnies & Bonnets – Framework Knitters Museum, Ruddington

St George’s Day – Nottingham

The Milk Race – Old Market Square

After a 20-year hiatus then a triumphant return last year, the legendary cycling event will once again return to Nottingham’s Old Market Square in May this year. The Milk Race will span two days, with a festival of music and entertainment on Saturday 24 May and the main event, including two elite races, taking place on Sunday 25 May.

Nottingham Triathlon 2014 – National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham

The Gate to Southwell Folk Festival 2014 – Southwell

The picturesque town of Southwell will once again welcome the annual Folk Festival. Enjoy live concerts, dance displays from internationally-renowned folk artists and, if you fancy a tipple, the event is home to the Real Ale & Cider Festival, craft and trade stalls and will offer workshops for people of all ages. Plus, there will be performances to commemorate the anniversary of The Great War.
