Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, Hickory’s Smokehouse discovered the craft of barbecue from some of the region’s most respected pitmasters. Inspired by these experiences, Hickory’s brings together slow-cooked flavours, carefully prepared dishes and a welcoming team that prides itself on genuine Southern hospitality.

Hickory’s Smokehouse serves up big Southern flavours, proper comfort food and plenty of new dishes to discover, alongside the BBQ favourites guests know and love. From hearty plates and lighter bites to loaded favourites and an exciting new drinks line-up, there is something for everyone, including the return of a few old favourites.

There is even more to enjoy, with a new lunch menu offering great value every day until 4pm, alongside an exciting line-up of daily Smokin’ Deals, bringing big Smokehouse portions at small Smokehouse prices.

New flavours, new deals and new favourites come together with the same incredible Southern hospitality.

Whether gathering the family for a feast, catching up after work, settling in for a cosy weekend or simply craving authentic Southern-style barbecue, there is always a seat waiting at Hickory’s Smokehouse.

Start the day the Southern way!

In the Southern States, a good day starts with a proper meal, making brunch an essential part of the experience.

There is no rushing and no rules, just good food, great company and plenty of time to settle in.

The brunch menu brings together Southern-inspired favourites, twists on classics and brand-new showstoppers, with plenty to choose from whatever guests fancy. Plates can be paired with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, an iced coffee or a refreshing glass of sweet tea for the perfect start to the day.

Guests can take their time, gather their favourite people and enjoy brunch the Hickory’s way.

Brunch is served every day until 2pm.

Lunch at Hickory’s

For those looking for somewhere a little different for lunch, lighter bites have arrived at the Smokehouse, bringing the flavours and laid-back spirit of the American Deep South to the afternoon.

Inspired by neighbourhood joints, BBQ shacks and roadside spots discovered on road trips across the Southern States, the new menu offers plenty of choice for a lunchtime catch-up, date, business meeting or quick pit stop.

With Southern-inspired favourites, BBQ dishes, lighter options and refreshing drinks, there is something to suit every kind of lunch break.

Whether stepping away from the office or making an afternoon of it, guests can pull up a chair and enjoy a taste of the Deep South.

Great-value lunches are available every day until 4pm.

A Taste of the South

Authenticity is at the heart of Hickory’s Smokehouse, and that starts with its smokers. The restaurants feature ‘Ole Hickory’ smokers from Missouri and ‘Southern Pride’ smokers from Tennessee, positioned at the heart of the Smokehouse experience.

The Smokehouse selection is cooked low and slow, bringing out deep, authentic flavours inspired by the American South.

However, creating tender, fall-off-the-bone meat takes more than a smoker. It requires the skill and passion of pitmasters trained in the art of barbecue. At Hickory’s, the saying goes, “Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear aprons”, and the pitmasters are the heroes behind every plate.

The Smokehouse menu celebrates this dedication to authentic barbecue, with BBQ trays made for sharing, platters for those who want a bit of everything and traditional dishes inspired by Smokehouses across the States.

For guests who prefer something other than smoked barbecue, there is also a wider choice of dishes, ensuring families and friends can find something to enjoy together, even when deciding what to order proves difficult.

And whatever guests choose, the appetisers and desserts are well worth saving room for.

Seven Days of Smokin’ Deals… Eight Days a Week!

Hickory’s brings the good stuff all week long with an exciting line-up of Smokin’ Deals.

Whether it is a midweek catch-up, date night, weekend get-together or Sunday sports session, there is always a reason to head to the Smokehouse for big portions at small Smokehouse prices.

The Smokin’ Deals are available from 12pm, Monday to Sunday, every week until 22 November.

From the Bar

Whether it is after-work drinks, pre-dinner cocktails or a laid-back catch-up with friends, the neighbourhood bar at Hickory’s Smokehouse provides the perfect place to settle in and enjoy a drink.

From homemade sodas and hard shakes to frozen favourites, signature cocktails and Southern-inspired spritzes, there is plenty behind the bar to keep things interesting.

Guests can also enjoy ice-cold beers, including Hickory’s own Pale Ale, a full selection of spirits and more than 25 bourbons collected during travels across the States.

Whatever the occasion or choice of drink, guests can pull up a chair, settle in and raise a glass.

Thank Hicks It’s Friday

There is no better way to celebrate the end of the week than with Thank Hicks It’s Friday at Hickory’s Smokehouse, enjoying the sounds of the Deep South with a drink or two in hand.

The Friday offering includes £6 cocktails mixed to perfection, pints of Driftaway IPA for £4, glasses of wine for £5 and a classic non-alcoholic Southern favourite for just £3.

Guests can join the celebrations every Friday from 4pm and welcome the weekend the Hickory’s way.

For the Young ’Uns

Little guests are a big deal at Hickory’s Smokehouse. The children’s menu is designed with families in mind, offering a balanced mix of familiar favourites, lighter choices and fun treats to suit appetites of all sizes.

Family-friendly spaces and activities, including a movie room and Fro-Co station, help keep younger guests entertained, making it an enjoyable experience for grown-ups too.
