Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, we learnt all things smokin’ from the best pitmasters across the region. From a menu bursting with smokehouse classics and barbecue favourites, to our team of passionate pitmasters, brilliant bartenders and sensational servers - we’re all about rolling out that warm Southern hospitality!

From the 16 hour smoked Texas Style Brisket to the Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs & The Carnivore Skewer - or why not take on The Smokehouse Platter – the ultimate choice for any BBQ lover! Or for the ‘non-smokers’ why not check out one of our mouthwatering Mac ‘n’ Cheese dishes, Watermelon and Spiced Rice Salad or Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon. Plus, an extensive spirits collection (including over 25 Bourbons!)  – so whatever you’re sippin’, we’ve got you covered.

For the young ‘uns....

The kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of Mums, Dads and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites, to smaller versions of all the shakes. The cinema room and fro-co station are on hand to keep the little ones entertained too!

All you need to do is decide what you’re having then you can kick back, relax and let us look after you.
