Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, Hickory’s was inspired by the pitmasters who taught them everything about authentic Southern smoking. With a menu brimming with smokehouse classics and barbecue favourites, and a team of passionate pitmasters, talented bartenders, and welcoming servers, Hickory’s brings the spirit of warm Southern hospitality to every guest.
Let’s Brunch
Guests can start their day the Hickory’s way. From fluffy homemade pancakes and the classic Chicken Fried Waffle to the mighty Ultimate XXL Muffin or Pitmaster Stack, there’s something for every appetite. All dishes can be enjoyed with a bottomless Cup of Joe or one of Hickory’s signature drinks, such as a Bloody Mary, Iced Tea, or Iced Coffee. Brunch is available daily until 2pm.
A Taste of the South
For an authentic Southern feast, diners can indulge in Hickory’s signature Smokehouse selection, cooked low and slow to perfection. Highlights include the 16-hour smoked Texas-Style Brisket and Memphis-Style Baby Back Ribs. Those seeking variety can opt for one of the BBQ trays, while true barbecue enthusiasts can take on The Smokehouse Platter – the ultimate choice for any BBQ lover.
For guests who prefer something different, Hickory’s offers a tempting range of dishes such as rich and creamy Mac ‘n’ Cheese, hearty Gumbos, or Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon. Burger lovers will find satisfaction in the indulgent “Go Big or Go Home.”
No visit is complete without sampling the appetisers and desserts. From Popcorn Brisket Bites and Smoked Wings to decadent Cookie Creations and Campfire S’mores, Hickory’s promises a true Southern feast from start to finish.
