Relaxedly Ltd owns and manages three superior short stay apartments in Beeston, Nottingham, they have been described on many independent reviews as the best in Nottingham!  All the apartments are well maintained and run by a local & experienced host that cares about your experience.

Beeston is an affluent, residential, safe, vibrant and cosmopolitan suburb of Nottingham, located just 6 miles from Nottingham city centre which can be easily reached by Uber, tram, train or bus, which are all withing easy walking distance of the apartments.

The apartments are perfect for families, groups of friends, couples, individuals, whether they are visiting for leisure or work purposes.

 

Each apartment has been individually designed and offers a unique stay, but they all offer:

Self-Catering

Fully equipped kitchens, with all the utensils, crockery, cutlery and appliances provided to make a quick breakfast or prepare a full evening meal and a dishwasher for after.

For longer stays there is a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board & clothes horse.

Sleep

Stylish and quiet bedrooms, with huge comfortable super king-sized beds, with brilliant white, super soft bedding. For flexibility these can also be arranged as two standard sized single beds.  An additional camp bed can be provided and a cot.

Relax

This is your home from home.  Enjoy having your own self-contained peaceful space, to relax on the sofa with the Smart TV, or use the Super-Fast WiFi Broadband for work or leisure.

Central Location

Walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops located in the cosmopolitan town centre.

Take a leisurely walk to various parks and nature reserves, and even go fishing at Beeston Marina.

Beeston is also home to Arc Cinema, Pure Gym and within easy walking distance of the travel interchange for buses, trams, and the train station which go to the Universities, QMC, Nottingham, Derby, East Midlands Airport, & Conference Centre, Lakeside Arts Centre, Nottingham Tennis Centre, Ice Centre, Motorpoint Arena, Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, as well The National Watersports Centre, City & Forest Football Grounds.

• (If available the first-floor maisonette – The Lily can be rented at the same time).
• Comfortably accommodates up to 5 people in double or single beds, across 2 large bedrooms.
• Cosy lounge/diner and separate kitchen.
• Cot, highchair, plastic crockery available.
• A convenience supermarket can be seen from the property, and there is a recreational park at the end of the road. 
• By arrangements dogs are allowed to stay.

• The area is quiet and residential, surrounded by well-maintained family homes.
• Free on-street parking available.
• Fully refurbished and well maintained, meeting all the October 2023 new fire standards.
• Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine
• Welcome hamper and complimentary drinks & cleaning supplies.
• Shower room with walk-in shower and laundry facilities.

THE LILY

• (If available the ground-floor maisonette – The Rose can be rented at the same time).
