Please note that Nottingham Tourism Centre will reopen on 15th July with safety measures in place. 

New opening hours are: Wednesday – Saturday from 10am – 3pm.

Nottingham Tourism Centre are commited to keeping you safe and have:

- done a deep clean of entire building using anti-bacterial cleaning products

- installed hand sanitiser station at entrance/exit for all staff and customers to use

- installed protective screen on main counter to provide a barrier when dealing with longer enquiries

- installed new signage to highlight the importance of good hand hygiene, social distancing 

- redesigned shop layout with a smaller range of items on display

- dedicated staff roles to minimise time colleagues spend working side by side. This includes someone being based at the entrance to the centre to enable quick enquiries to be answered without the need for the customer entering

- amended opening hours to enable staff to travel into work outside of rush hour


All staff will wear face coverings with disposable gloves available if deemed appropriate. Customer numbers will be limited to max 10 at any time. 

Open Monday - Saturday from 9.30am - 5.30pm plus Sundays in July, August & December (Pre-Christmas only) from 11am - 4pm

The award-winning Nottingham Tourism Centre is centrally located on Smithy Row, just off the Old Market Square.  

The friendly team have a wealth of information Nottingham and are always happy to help visitors which advice on events and attractions, accommodation and transport around the county.  

They have a range of free maps and guides to help you find your way around the city, as well as a wealth of brochures and leaflets showing what's on and things to do in Nottingham. 

You can also book tickets for a variety of Nottinghamshire attractions, including the National Justice Museum and City of Caves, concerts at St Mary's Church and tours with the multi award-winning Ezekial Bone

They recently expanded their range of great gifts and souvenirs, adding over 250 new gift ranges that are either made locally, inspired by Nottingham, or are from local independent businesses. Take your pick from locally produced preserves and luxury, loose leaf teas, amazing upcycled art, and, of course, a range of Robin Hood inspired items..
