A treat for the senses, Advertiser Ladies Day is your chance to experience glamour, drama, atmosphere, exciting live horse racing and stunning fashion creating a gorgeously fun-filled day out. Confirmed to DJ live after racing is English actor, musician and radio broadcaster, Martin Kemp!
Enjoy a day to remember with thrilling racing, sensational style and delicious food, plus live entertainment after racing with the 'pick n mix 80's classics DJ set from Martin Kemp. In 1979 Martin formed the new romantic band Spandau Ballet playing bass guitar. The group went on to tour the world and had several Top 20 hits in the 80s. The single 'True' made the American Top 10.
Chic outfits and beautiful hats will also be in abundance as racegoers put their best shoe forward to impress the judges of the Style Awards; with the winning outfit taking home a great prize – £500 cash! Experience the style on the one day of the season when the fashion is as important as the racing.
Even if you're not looking to enter the Style Awards, many racegoers on Ladies Day enjoy dressing up and adding a beautiful hat, fascinator or even an on-trend headband to make the occasion a little bit more special. How to enter the Style Competition For those who'd like to enter this year's Style Competition, make sure you head to the flower wall when you arrive to have your picture taken. There will also be a spotter in the crowd looking out for any particularly stunning outfits.
The shortlist will be shown on the big screen and invited into the Parade Ring for the final judging to take place and overall 2022 Style Competition winner will be announced.
