Art Fest 2025 runs across Nottingham City Centre from the Victoria Centre through Hockley and into Sneinton Market.
Highlights:
10 large-scale murals painted from early September across the city.
40+ artists creating smaller artworks on the festival day.
Exhibitions and workshops for all ages at the Victoria Centre and The Carousel.
Art Market at Sneinton Market with Midlands Makers.
Workshops:
Make your own mini festival magazine (Victoria Centre).
Paint characters (The Carousel).
Screen print (The Carousel).
Have your name written in Japanese (The Carousel).
All workshops are drop-in and free to join – no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
It is recommended to start at the main info point in the Victoria Centre: Unit 306 (formerly Build a Bear, opposite the Emmet clock on the second floor).
From there, purchase a map or download the digital Google Map to see the murals and artworks created for this year’s Art Fest.
The route will take you onto Broad Street, through The Angel Car Park and down to The Carousel, the second festival info point where you’ll find exhibitions and workshops.
It is recommended that you end your day at Sneinton Market, where Midlands Makers will host an art market and over 20 artists will be painting live in and around Sneinton Square.
