Nottingham’s annual charity music festival Beat The Streets aims to bring our community together to battle homelessness and raise vital funds for Framework.

Participating venues include Rock City, Rescue Rooms, Bodega, Stealth and Rough Trade and tickets are on sale now from £10.

The festival will take place across major venues in the city centre including Rock City, Rescue Rooms and Bodega, with all proceeds from tickets, bar, and merch going directly to Framework.

More about the event:
Over the past few years, Beat The Streets has brought the music community in Nottingham together to raise awareness of and funds for a vital cause; providing a stellar day of live music in the process, with over £409,000 raised across ticket, bar & merchandise sales for Framework since 2018.

Every penny raised will go towards helping those in need and specifically used to employ two mental health workers with the aim of offering wrap around support to rough sleepers with complex needs. 15 bags of food were also collected on the day that will go to Emmanuel House after a brilliant response to Beat The Streets’ first ever first food bank.

In the past, Beat The Streets fundraising has enabled the Sneinton Hermitage shelter to stay open all year round accommodating more than 60 high risk service users with 14 moving on to permanent accommodation and 25 to supported accommodation.

Beat the Streets currently holds the national UK Festival Award Community Impact title for the festival judged to be making the most difference to its community.
