BTND (Better The Next Day) and Jake Williamson are partnering with John Lewis in celebration of all things pride in Nottingham!
Jake's mission is to make health and fitness a priority for all, inspiring a community that aspires to follow his lead. As an elite-level athlete and a passionate advocate for inclusivity, Jake has partnered with charities like Stonewall to promote equality and continues to challenge homophobia and discrimination in sport. As a key role model, Jake's journey led to the creation of BTND (Better The Next Day), an online and in-person wellbeing space designed to empower everyone to discover their inner athlete. BTND is committed to fostering a safe, welcoming environment with a strong focus on inclusion and accessibility, ensuring that fitness is for everyone.
