You can meet Santa, skate with some festive friends and enjoy lots of fun themed parties! Here's a taster of what they have in store…

Santa's Grotto – Every weekend from Saturday 9th December
Come and meet Santa at our magical grotto! This is your chance to talk to the man himself about what you'd like for Christmas and you'll leave with a special gift! A ticket also includes a drink token and skating pass.

Princess & Superheroes Party – Saturday 30th December
Especially for families, this is the ultimate fancy dress party for your little ones. Expect music, balloons, and a sprinkling of fairy dust!

Skate with Festive Characters On Ice – Saturday 2nd December
The elves are hard at work planning which festive characters are available to visit us for this special skate… look out for the announcement shortly! Skate among festive characters and the best Christmas hits at this special session. Memory making pictures guaranteed.

Christmas Holiday Club at the National Ice Centre - Weekdays during Nottinghamshire School Holidays 
For just £35 per day, children can join the NIC at their Holiday Club for fun activities and ice skating everyday between 8.30am – 5.30pm! 

Skate with the Nottingham Panthers - 19th December
The National Ice Centre will make dreams come true for hockey fans this Christmas with a unique opportunity to skate with the Nottingham Panthers professional ice hockey team for an exclusive one-hour session.

Great Santa Skate - Friday 22nd December
The first-ever Great Santa Skate at the National Ice Centre will see hundreds of skating Santas take to the ice to help make Christmas special for children living in poverty. It's the perfect family-friendly event.

Christmas Film Skate - 21st December 
This Christmas, something special is coming to the National Ice Centre and Motorpoint Arena Nottingham. The main arena ice rink will be opening for a special festive film skating event.
