A clay sculpture-making workshop, led by artist Elaheh Raofi.
Participants will create and make mini sculptures in response to images and text as part of her current installation.
Pirouz Installation – The New Generation
Elaheh's The New Generation installation is a fusion of three distinct materials – a chair, a clock and a Persian carpet – each carrying its own powerful ancestral symbolism. Elaheh will be present at select times, performing her practice of weaving and sculpture.
The installation will be available to view from Monday 10 – Saturday 22 June at the Nottingham Central Library.
