Late Stage Comedy and the Clifton Community Centre are proud to present a fantastic evening of comedy featuring some of the best comedians on the circuit.
This intimate 80-seater venue is a fantastic place to experience live comedy and we pledge to bring you a range of excellent acts to tickle your funny bones.

Lovdev Barpaga
Lovdev Barpaga, the 2017 UK Pun Champion, has the kind of effortless and gentle likeability that is completely unique in the comedy world. Entire crowds seem to fall in love with him from the start and as much of his incredible humour as for his undeniable charm.
Often laughing as much as his audience, here's a man in love with his job and it shows. You can't help but laugh along with him: The ultimate feel good comic.

Alex Camp
Alex Camp is an upbeat, musical act, blending sharp, absurd jokes with catchy irreverent songs and combining his flair for crowd work with guitar skills to generate unique, hilarious sets that are a little different every time.
Starting out in Tokyo, Japan with the renowned Stand Up Tokyo crew, opening for Aziz Ansari, Phil Wang, Lou Sanders, Neal Brennan and many more, he moved to Manchester just before the pandemic but has racked up spots at the Frog and Bucket, Hot Water Comedy, Alexander's and more.
A talented MC as well as an act, he runs nights in Manchester at Matt and Phred's and the Dulcimer and recently came off a sold-out Edinburgh split hour.
Vix Leyton
Discovered by Mark Watson on Twitter, Welsh stand up Vix Leyton is a natural storyteller with a keen eye for observation, combining warm, whimsical charm with biting wit. She is also an award winning personal finance expert, and PR hustler, you might have heard of her but you're not sure why; It could be at your local comedy club but it's equally likely she could be commenting on the best Meal Deal Combo on the BBC or introducing the week's best deals on Channel 4's Steph's Packed Lunch, or telling you how to get all your money back on a rip off holiday down the pub.
Her panel show podcast 'The Comedy Arcade' is both an audio success and compelling live show, picking up a nomination for Leicester Comedy's best podcast in 2021 and racking up sell out shows at Edinburgh Fringe last year with Underbelly. She also co-hosts spending show 'False Economy' interviewing some of the UK's biggest names on how they spend it.
She was a 'Funny Women' semi-finalist in 2021 and is a regular MC for pro nights including Red Imp Comedy, Poodle Club and Outside the Box. She is also the promoter of the infamous church gig 'Have I got pews for you' and resident legal prosecutor for 'This is your trial'.

Howard Walker is a dynamic and versatile comedian known for his quick wit, charming stage presence, and razor-sharp humour. With a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry, Howard has firmly established himself as a comedic force to be reckoned with.
From his early days in stand-up comedy to his successful ventures in television and radio, Howard has consistently delighted audiences with his hilarious observations and relatable anecdotes. His ability to find humour in everyday situations and turn them into laugh-out-loud moments has earned him a devoted following of fans from all walks of life.
A natural storyteller, Howard effortlessly weaves tales of his own life experiences, delivering punchlines with impeccable timing that leaves audiences in stitches. Whether he's performing in comedy clubs, corporate events, or on television, his infectious energy and captivating stage presence always leave a lasting impression.
Aidan McCaffery
Born in Harrogate, Aidan started doing comedy in 2017 in London before moving back to Yorkshire at the start of the pandemic.
Aidan's mixture of gags, personal storytelling and unabashed social commentary helped him win the David Nobbs Memorial Trust Comedy Prize for his screenplay Swipe. He has also written for BBC Radio 4xtra.
