The third session of their collaborative Creative Wellbeing for Menopause workshop program – led by established artist and experienced art psychotherapist, Sue Bulmer. During this workshop you will be supported in how to use the Art of Weaving to make sense of your life changes and emotions and improve your wellbeing while creating your own ‘life’ rich tapestry.
During this mindful textile workshop you will weave together a variety of threads, wools and textiles on a small loom to create a one of kind piece of textile art, which can be mounted into a frame. With access to locally made Nottingham Lace from Debbie Bryan archive collections, integrating the old with the new, the past with the present.
All materials of provided, although your are welcome to bring your own.
