Easter Family Fun Day
The National Ice Centre is hosting a Family Fun Day and it's going to be a lot of fun! The ultimate Easter day out ⛸️
Enjoy a host of free activities both on the ice and off the ice throughout the day!
Off-ice activities will take place on Bolero Square between 12pm – 4pm and include: an inflatable ice hockey rink, shooting cage, table tennis, garden games and special visits from the Fun Chorus Choice and Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue service!
Plus, there will be arts and crafts activities between 12 – 4pm inside the venue.
On-ice activities include Taster Sessions for: Tots, Skating Lessons, Speed Skating, Synchronized Skating and Ice Hockey. The perfect opportunity to try sports and lessons that you wouldn't normally get the chance to!
Provisional schedule for the on-ice activities:
10:45 – 11:15am – Tots Taster Session
11:30am – 12:30pm – Skate UK Taster Sessions (Skating Lessons Level 1)
2:45 – 3:15pm – Speed Skating Taster Session with Nottingham Ice Racing Club
3:15 – 3:45pm – Synchronized Skating Taster Session with Nottingham Synchronized Skating Academy
3:45 – 4:15pm – Ice Hockey Taster Session with the Nottingham Ice Hockey Club
