Join Tim Hart, owner of Hambleton Hall, Hart's Hotel and Hambleton Bakery, for an engaging introduction to traditionally made bread. Since co-founding the bakery in 2008 with Julian Carter, Tim has grown it into a thriving business with eight shops and over 160 wholesale partners, driven by a passion for quality, flavour and wellbeing.
What to expect: Tim will share the story behind Hambleton Bakery, exploring the contrasts between artisan and industrial bread. The event includes a light lunch featuring eight tasting dishes, specially created to showcase the versatility of the bakery's breads, accompanied by a glass of red or white wine, beer, or a soft drink.
